#HappyA9Years

I have not watched a livestream for months.

I have not checked PSC bands’ OHPs for close to two years.

I have not checked CDJapan for the sake of seeing what other Jrock CDs I wanted to save up next for two months.

A week ago was their ninth birthday.

I never knew.

After…5 years of listening to their songs, 4 years of involving myself in this fandom, this was that one band that I could not find the anniversary date.

That was when I came online and stumbled across tumblr.

A9 A9 A9.

Happy birthday!

//// w ////

All them fangirls.

Reblogs of photos/videos taken before the anniversary live.

I couldn’t read Japanese so I actually assumed that the comments were real, that we would need a nico nico premium account to watch the encore of the live, plus above the video there was some japanese words and a link to get a premium account.

Since they accepted paypal, I went for it o_o

I didn’t want to risk waiting later haha.

Call me kiasu, whatever.

At least I did not need to suffer economy quality haha.

My livestream quality was pretty good.

I guess that made the money worth it.

Oh and.

the sorcery of

TIMESHIFT.

Anyways, I just wanted to say…

My journey as a fan of alice nine. started because of the GazettE.

YouTube’s recommendations then lead me to CROSS GAME.

My journey as a Number started after I’ve created a twitter and tumblr account.

Before I knew it, I began listening to all the PSC bands, well I did not particularly like Kra or Kagrra though.

Getting involved in the fandom meant meeting new friends.

The talks we shared were fun.

Although I probably know more sixth guns and COLOURS, the Numbers I met were really nice people.

Different music attracts different sorts of fans haha.

Although from what I see, Numbers are more quiet, they’re all really generous and when they reject someone, they reject with a lot of courtesy.

Watching A9 Channel with the entire fandom,

spamming twitter with tweets that my schoolmates would never understand,

spamming tumblr and reblogging screenshots/gifs,

editing and posting up photosets of self edited screenshots taken during the livestream while the stream is still going on,

laughing at how ridiculous the livestreams are,

constantly laughing at how protected Shou is,

those were the days.

a-a-a-anywayyyssss.

Here’s some screenshots from their livestream ; w ;

Bookmarked that day on 2014, starting a goal to watch their live next year on that date.

Kitchen on wheels

Pricey but hey, for those without a car or any convenient public transport yet wants to eat classy food, this is actually a pretty good choice.

Here are the perks of Kitchen on Wheels,

1. Payment is via cash.

2. Its secure since after receiving a confirmation e-mail, I had a call from Kitchen on Wheels as well to double confirm my order.

3. The food was still hot haha.

Cons,

Unless you’re ordering for a lot of people, if not, in my opinion, the delivery charges are rather pricey.

The food above was what I ordered from Zest Cafe.

Mushroom Soup @ RM6.50

Spaghetti Chicken Bolognese @ RM20.40

And my total bill came out including RM4.30 service charge + RM12 delivery fees was RM43.20

I guess that’s how people with lack of transportation yet wants to fulfill their cravings have to deal with. Especially when they don’t have the ingredients needed to cook.

Personal notes; I’ll probably order through Kitchen on Wheels if its like when I’m having a group of friends / family over, but if its just for me alone, probably not haha.

MELT + Daybreak

Long story short, MELT & Daybreak were amazing ; w ; To be honest, I would’ve gotten the limited edition DIVISION album instead of Regular edition of MELT, but it was sold out in Tower Records. Its okay, at least now I have a GazettE live tour to add to my GazettE collection. One tick on my wishlist.

Next was Daybreak by Alice Nine, there were so many editions that I really wanted to get the limited edition and the Shou , and Hiroto version ._.

Decided to keep it simple and less demanding for le mommy, I just settled for the limited edition haha.

I regret NOTHING.

Daybreak to me was like.

/dies.

Those feels of good music coming from a band that had been ranking third in your fav bands list then all of a sudden it just jumps to the champion spot because of that one CD/DVD.

No doubt, it’s either I got less interests into heavy music and prefer more melodic ones like Alice Nine .

I mean…

I’m dying to attend an Alice Nine live more than a GazettE one now.

Of course unless GazettE has a live with Cassis, Distress & Coma, Dripping Insanity, Kagefumi, Mayakashi, Ganges ni Akai bara, Naraku, UNTITLED, Calm envy, Hesitating means death, Without a trace, Chizuru, In the middle of chaos, Defective Tragedy, SILLY GOD DISCO (omgthissongisjustasdfghjkl), Nausea & Shudder, RED, The suicide circus, Remember the Urge, The Invisible Wall…

and well many many more in one live then I’ll be like.

*insert takeallmymoney.jpg meme*

If not then well.. I’m just..not so into too heavy songs. A live with 60% heavy songs and 40% ballads would be good. o v o b

Okay so Daybreak.

Vocals were always something I liked, really much. Shou’s voice is just amazing, I fell in love with it ever since I’ve listened to CROSS GAME which had been on YouTube’s recommendations list for a lot of times and itchy hands me just clicks on it. Then I miraculously found out that they’re from the same artist management company. The next thing I did was listen to all the PSC bands’ songs and fall in love with those bands one by one. Though, I’m not exactly a fan of Kra o.o

In the middle of Daybreak, there were some parts without vocals and I find those parts really nice to listen to and they fit there perfectly, those parts would just urge you to start nodding your head to the rhythm or tap your feet.

So I was really grateful that there was actually a track of Daybreak that are off vocal. Basically, a karaoke track, I’ll listen to it when I need to focus on something haha.

Last track on the single was Himitsu (secret)

Long story short, groovy-sexy song. (Y)

Front cover of the GazettE’s MELT Regular Edition

Back cover.

I like the box though, I’d say the disc holder was rather…unique? haha. There’s disc two behind of disc one on a separate holder.

Still can’t get enough of staring at this CD //// w ////

PS. On the bonus DVD, the footage of ハロー、ワールド performed live at if I remembered correctly, Court of 9, you get to see Shou playing the acoustic guitar asdfghjkl
